Procurement - contracts management
The council lets a large amount of contracts in various categories using a number of different suppliers.
Procurement is the process of acquiring goods and services. The procurement stage of a contract ensures that all terms and conditions are agreeable for Watford Borough Council to proceed with the transaction. The ongoing management of the transaction is passed to a Contract Manager.
Our Contract Managers are listed in the Contracts register. The Council can offer a guide to Contract Management when managing a contract on behalf of WBC, which is available on request.
