As result, there is a large demand for parking in the Town Centre.

The roads in and around the Town Centre form a Controlled Parking Zone in which parking is strictly limited to residents' parking and short stay pay and display parking. Additional restrictions also apply on the first team matches of Watford Football Club and Saracens Rugby Club at the nearby Vicarage Road stadium.
