Watford Borough Council operate a decriminalised parking enforcement scheme to benefit public transport users, pedestrians, cyclists and responsible motorists.

**Please note - From 20th April 2015, the price of the first resident parking permit in each counil tax paying household in the Controlled Parking Zone will increase from £22 to £25 per year. The second resident parking permit in each household will increase from £52 to £55**

The Parking Shop opening hours are 8am to 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday.

The council is a member of the Parking and Traffic Regulations Outside London (PATROL) Adjudication Joint Committee. The Joint Committee publishes an Annual Statement of Accounts which is subject to External Audit and the arrangements for 2012/13 can be found on the PATROL Website
