Community safety
The 1998 Crime & Disorder Act required all local authority areas to form a Crime & Reduction Partnership (CDRP).
Watford's CDRP is called the Safer Watford Partnership. It's underlying function is to thread together everybody that plays a role in making Watford a safer town to live in, work in, study in and visit.
