Private landlords’ forum meeting

A free forum for private landlords is being jointly held by Watford Borough Council and Three Rivers District Council on Wednesday 22 September at Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth, WD3 1RL.
The forum is looking at “Dealing with Government changes and helping with solutions to those changes”
Speakers include:
James Frazer from the National Landlords Association, who will be speaking on the recent changes affecting landlords following the recent general election.
Rajan Amin from Coversure Insurance speaking about their services of rent guarantees on let properties with Housing Benefit tenants.
Jane Walker Benefits Manager at Watford Borough and Three Rivers District Councils will be giving a short talk on changes to Local Housing Allowance due to the new Government’s policies.
Gloria Gillespie who is Three Rivers District Council’s Residential Services Manager. She will be giving a talk on the Decent Home Standard.
