Central Ward by-election: Thursday 14 October 2010

A by-election for one vacancy is to be held on Thursday 14 October 2010 between 7am and 10pm for the Central Ward of Watford Borough Council. A full statement of persons nominated can be viewed here.
Before the Polling Day, Watford Borough Council will be delivering Polling Cards to all eligible electors in Central Ward with information of where to vote.
The deadline for new postal vote applications, or to amend or cancel an existing postal vote arrangement for Central Ward electors must be made by 5pm on Wednesday 29 September 2010.
The deadline for proxy vote applications, or to amend or cancel an existing proxy vote arrangement for Central Ward electors must be made by 5pm on Wednesday 6 October 2010.
The deadline for new applications to vote by proxy on grounds of a medical emergency must be made by 5pm on Thursday 14 October 2010.
Postal and proxy vote forms can be downloaded from the links above, by calling the Elections Office on tel: 278369, or by collection at the Customer Service Centre at the Town Hall.
