The Town Hall
The Town Hall is situated in the centre of Watford on the junction of Rickmansworth Road, Hempstead Road and the Parade (top of the High Street). All visitors should report to the Customer Service Centre upon arrival.
Please note that parking is limited to 30 minutes in the visitors car park. The main Town Hall car park can be used after 4pm weekdays and all day on Saturday and Sunday. The car park is pay and display. From Monday to Friday - 4pm to midnight, the charge is £1 flat rate. On Saturday & Sunday - 7am - 6pm, the charges are as follows: 1 hour - 60p, 2 hours - £1.20, 3 hours - £1.80, 4 hours - £2.40. All day to midnight - £3 and from 6pm to midnight - £1 flat rate
The Avenue car park, situated on the roundabout opposite the Town Hall, is available to the general public all day and is also pay and display. By Road - From the M25 clockwise
Leave the M25 at junction 19 and follow signs to Watford town centre, and then follow signs for the Town Hall.
By Road - From the M25 anti-clockwise
Leave the M25 at junction 20 and follow signs to Watford town centre, and then follow signs for the Town Hall.By Road - From the M1
Exit the M1 at junction 5 and follow signs to Watford town centre, then follow the ring road and signs to the Town Hall.
By Rail - Overground
Leave Watford Junction station and bear left onto Clarendon Road, a road lined with tall modern office blocks. Follow Clarendon Road for 400 metres and across a main junction before reaching the High Street. Turn right onto the High Street and follow it for about 400 metres. You should see a pond and the Town Hall opposite. Go through the underpass which brings you to the Town Hall.
By Rail - Underground (Metropolitan Line)
Watford has a station on the Metropolitan line of the London Underground. When leaving the station turn right onto Cassiobury Park Avenue and walk to the end of the road, about 600 metres. Turn left onto Rickmansworth Road and follow it past the Peace Hospice to the Town Hall. Turn left down the far side of the building to get to the Customer Service Centre.By Bus

All the above stop in the Town Centre, five to ten minutes walk from Watford Town Hall. The Town Hall is situated at the North end of the Parade (High Street) on the junction of Hempstead Road and Rickmansworth Road. Follow signs for pedestrians to the Town Hall.
By Bicycle
There is a good network of cycle routes throughout Watford which connect with the Town Hall. There are racks to secure your bicycle at the side of the Town Hall below the Customer Service Centre.
