Planning application forms
If you are not able to submit your planning application electronically then please download the appropriate form from the list below. In addition to the application forms you will also find help files that provide guidance on completing the application form.
All planning applications must be completed using the standard application form – you are encouraged to submit this online where possible. If you do decide to submit a paper version – you will need to send three copies. You can find the form you need via the Planning Portal website or you can download one from the table below.
