Women only swimming sessions
You can now enjoy women only aqua aerobics and general swim sessions at Watford Leisure Centre - Central.
The women only sessions take place every Friday at the following times:
- 5 to 6pm - general swim, £1.20* per session
- 6 to 6.45pm - aqua aerobics, £3.00* per session
*promotional prices
Each session has female lifeguards and instructors.
