Watford Borough Council is inviting applications from arts organisations, theatre companies, promoters, music ensembles, individual performers and visual artists to showcase their talents in the town centre.
There are a variety of useable locations in the town centre where performances can take place. These are Watford High Street (including the Parade); St Mary’s Square; open areas around Church Street; Charter Place and the open space between the Town Hall and Library (including the bandstand).
At least 14 days notice will be required for any events/ activities taking place, and organisers will need to have valid public liability insurance (minimum of £500,000). No collection of money or sale of goods will be allowed to take place unless specifically agreed.
